Waterproofing Systems

Three proven systems — torch-on membrane, PU injection and acrylic coating — matched to the surface, not sold by the bucket.

Applying torch-on waterproofing membrane on a flat concrete roof

Choosing the Right System

Waterproofing fails when the wrong system is applied to the wrong problem. A hairline structural crack weeping under pressure needs polyurethane injected into the crack itself; painting anything over the surface only hides it for a season. A large exposed flat roof needs a torched membrane that can move with thermal expansion. We inspect first, then specify.

Torch-On Bituminous Membrane

The workhorse for exposed flat roofs, RC gutters and large balconies. Rolled and heat-bonded in overlapping runs, finished with aluminium paint or tile screed. Expected life 10–15 years; our workmanship warranty covers five.

Polyurethane (PU) Injection

For active leaks through concrete cracks — basement walls, lift pits, slab soffits, condominium ceilings. Resin is injected under pressure, foams on contact with water and seals the crack from inside. Usually done in hours, without hacking.

Acrylic Polymer Coating

Seamless brush- or roller-applied coating for pitched tile roofs, smaller flat areas and wet-area refurbishment where hacking is not wanted. UV-stable, flexible, and renewable with a single re-coat years later.

Where We Apply It

  • Flat concrete rooftops and RC gutters
  • Bathrooms and kitchens (with or without tile hacking)
  • Balconies, car porches and open decks
  • Water tanks, ponds and planter boxes
  • Basements, lift pits and retaining walls

Warranty

Five years on membrane and PU injection, three on acrylic systems — printed on the invoice, honoured with a site visit if anything reappears.

Dampness Never Stays the Same Size

Concrete wicks water further every wet season. Seal the crack while it is still one crack.
