How We Got Here

Chirobase Plumbing & Roofing Sdn Bhd was registered in 2018, but the trade goes back further — our founding plumber spent over a decade on renovation sites across Kepong and Segambut before setting up his own bench. What began as one man, one van and a drain machine is now a full crew covering plumbing, drainage, roofing and waterproofing across the Klang Valley.

The company holds a SPAN (Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara) plumbing license, which means we are legally qualified to work on water supply connections, apply for meters and carry out SYABAS and IWK related inspections. It also means there is a regulator to answer to — something worth asking any contractor about before they touch your mains.

The Way We Work

Every job starts with an inspection and ends with photographs. In between, you get an itemised written quotation, a fixed appointment window and a crew that sheets the floors before opening a single joint. We carry the common spares — taps, traps, valves, heater elements, tile stock — in the van, so most repairs finish in one visit.

We do not advertise door-to-door, we do not cold call, and we do not resell your job to subcontractors. Nearly all our work comes from repeat customers in Kepong, Desa ParkCity, Sri Damansara, Jinjang and Segambut, and from the people they refer to us.

Coverage Area

Our workshop sits in Laman Rimbunan, Kepong. Day-to-day we serve Kuala Lumpur and the nearer Selangor suburbs — Petaling Jaya, Selayang, Rawang, Sungai Buloh and Shah Alam. For larger commercial or strata projects we travel further; ask when you book.
