What This Service Covers
Blockages behave differently depending on what caused them, so we carry more than one tool. Grease from a busy kitchen calls for hot high-pressure jetting; roots and rag build-up call for a cutting head on a cable machine; sand washed into an external drain after works next door needs flushing and sometimes a trap rebuild.
- Kitchen sink lines and grease-heavy shoplot drains
- Bathroom floor traps and shower outlets
- Toilet stacks and soil pipes
- External perimeter drains, sumps and manholes
- High-pressure jetting up to main-line diameter
- CCTV camera inspection for repeat or mystery blockages
Why Blockages Come Back
A plunger or a cheap cable poke opens a hole through the clog, and the pipe blocks again within weeks. Our machines scrub the pipe wall back to full bore, which is why we can afford to be honest: if a line keeps failing, the problem is a sag or a break in the pipe — the camera will show it, and we will quote the repair rather than sell you endless clearing visits.
For Restaurants and Shoplots
We schedule after closing hours and maintain grease-prone lines on a monthly or quarterly basis, with a simple logbook you can show your landlord or DBKL officer when asked. Ask about a maintenance rate when you book.
Gurgling Is a Warning, Not a Quirk
A slow drain today is a flooded kitchen on Chinese New Year eve. Clear it on your schedule, not the drain's.
